Paulo Dybala (RTTF Live card)
By EliasPraha, 13-12-2019

First things first, this is my first review I give on Futbin, I can imagine that I make some mistakes, so if you see something which could/should be better..let me know :)

As I used his normal card for over 250 games and enjoyed this card very much, it was time for me to purchase Dybala's upgaded card. First I thought about it to buy his IF 89 rated card, but after some browsing over the transfer market I found the Road to the final card for the " discount price" of 550.000 coins, which I didn't hesitate to buy. Of course this price is still insane for a 89 rated player, but as his card will increase by (now every KO round win for Juve in the CL) I think its a bargain. FYI; I bought this card December 1st.

Too be honest, for me this card has everything a CAM should have in this game, 10/10 cheeky dribbling, good passing and shooting and a awesome Free kick. I play him in 4231 formation as CAM and he really loves giving that assist to Politano special card (sorry forgot the exact card name).

I bought this card with a Hunter chem style, which gave him 89 CAM, but I changed this to Deadeye, which made Dybala a 93 CAM.

The cons for this card are definitely his 3* WF and his pace could be a little bit higher as well, but as mentioned before as his card will automatically upgraded by every round Juve will win in the KO stages of the CL, this shouldn't be a big issue.

So concluded, if you are looking for a CAM with great dribbling and finishing and you have the coins (this moment 801.000), I would recommend this Paulo Dybala RTTF card. FYI; today the card will be upgraded to the 90 version.

LOADS of fun with this guy
By proserpiney, 02-04-2020

To start things off, I must disclaim that as a Juventus fan, there may some bias to my review...

That said, RTTF Dybala is the most fun card I have used. I originally played with his base card which was a blast, so I upgraded when it was possible (bought him at 640k, which unfortunately seems like a lot now...)

He is used as a CAM in a 4-1-2-1-2 (2) formation which to me is the ideal position for him (hunter chem style). He is involved in all the play build-up, dropping down low to receive the ball to push things forward before getting in behind to score. His touch is amazing and his dribbling likewise. I cannot count the number of times he has single-handedly saved my ass, receiving the ball outside the box and dribbling past multiple defenders to score the winning goal. The Hunter chem style gives a nice boost to his pace (needless to say, he is fast) as well as excellent finishing. For the short passing that I use him for, his passing stats are just fine, however, if you want him to distribute longer passes out to wingers, I imagine this might need a boost.

I have not noticed any issues with his Medium/Medium workrates. In fact, he seems to be the most involved player on the field. He is immediately back at defending (although I am not sure how much of a difference he makes when it comes to actually making a tackle). He constantly frees himself to receive the ball. He is by far the most clutch player on my team - whether that being by incredible assist or scoring the winning goal in +90.

BUT, one must remember... D-O N-O-T E-V-E-N T-R-Y to shoot with his right foot. It is absolutely terrible. Unless he is at perfect balance and you are looking at a clear scoring opportunity, his right foot shots at best look like that one kid who was always picked last.

The other two cons that I will say about this card are his stamina and strength. Stamina might look all right at 83 but when he is running up-and-down the field all game, it is definitely noticeable at the end. Strength is obvious. He is a small nible guy with great touch, but he can easily get pushed away when the Sissoko-train hits.

In short, I absolutely loves this card because:

  • He is everywhere and always involved
  • His dribbling is amazing and very enjoyable
  • He has solid pace (great with hunter)
  • Solid passing? Check
  • Solid finishing? Check

Is he worth the ~350k that he is at at the time of writing? It depends on what your team currently looks like I would say. But if you have a strong team already and can afford him, I would absolutely say that he is worth it. If you cannot afford the RTTF version, I would strongly recommend his base or IF.

Note: Number of goals and assists have been entered indicatively and includes performance in a large number of squad battles as well as rivals.

Late Dybala Review
By Dybala2308, 24-04-2020

So I bought this rttf Dybala recently I believe it was about 20 days ago, I basically just bought him because I'm a huge Dybala fan he is my favorite player, ( it was Kaka before and basically that's why he is on the team), and my team is quite weird I would say but it is composed of most of my favorite players irl outside of the backline. I bought this card for 291k it was quite expensive but he showed on the pitch that he was worth every penny. I played him at left striker in a 41212 narrow, div 2, and weekend league seemed like a walk in the park for him. His finesses were all amazing it took him no effort at all to score these curling shots. Obviously, because of the meta of this game, his near post shots were all going in and because of the inside of the foot trait, I didn't notice the 3 star weak foot that much, Don't get me wrong his 3 star weak foot is annoying but it is not like he can't score with it I think he scored something like 7 goals with it including some finesses that surprised me because finesses on general are awful on players weak foot. His workrates were perfect for me, he was getting into the right positions all the time and he was most of the time in a good position for a finesse shot from the edge of the area.

Amazing finesse shots with his left foot

Good enough strength

Amazing dribbling, amazing agility and balance (most important dribbling stats)

Good passing

Amazing finishing

Pace could be higher maybe 90

3 star wf can be annoying (but it felt ok)

Stamina could be better
